HOT CAROB AND MACA

An alternative to your traditional hot chocolate, this Carob and Maca alternative it warming and hormone regulating to boot. This recipe makes 2 cups. This is a really delicious drink, hot or cold, and with all the minerals and nutrients from carob, the benefits of maca and the stimulating properties of cayenne. 

You will need:

2 cups of your favourite milk, heated

2 heaped tsp The Wholefood Pantry Organic Roasted Carob (per cup)

1 tsp Nutraorganics Peruvian Maca Powder (per cup)

a pinch or two cayenne pepper (per cup)

Then:

Pour hot milk into ingredient filled cups and mix up, you might like to add more Maca or you might not like cayenne, adjust to your taste.
